These town home-style units have a kitchen/living room on the first floor with the bedrooms and bathroom located on the second floor. On-site coin-op laundry is available. Small animals permitted with additional deposit. All deposits are fully refundable it the units are left undamaged. A $50 application fee is required for background, employment and prior rental verification. Please arrange to view the unit before submitting an application with your fee. The initial application fee, first month's rent and deposit(s) must be paid in cash, money order or cashier's check. Thereafter, monthly rent may be paid be cash or regular check.
