Rent is $1850 a month with a separate utility charge of $125 that includes water, sewage, trash, gas and electricity! The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $600 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check. We are CAT FRIENDLY! There is a pet deposit of $300 and monthly pet rent is $35. To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check. We do not approve applicants by credit score. All applications are put into a specific algorithm that take all qualifications into account. The Square footage our units is approximate.
