    Responded quickly to an email I sent asking when I found the gated door to the property was challenging to open.

    The property was filthy, the description of it as "4 bedrooms" was highly misleading -- it was 2 bedrooms with 2 small, dingy rooms on the top floor that have deeply sloping ceilings. suitable perhaps for storage but not much else. Low quality appliances, the windows in the dining and living room areas looked out to garbage cans.
