Whether you're here for the music festivals, the delicious barbecue, or the vibrant arts scene, you'll be just a stone's throw away from it all. This area provides many ways to get around Austin, whether it is a rideshare, electric scooter, bicycle, or personal vehicle, all are welcome and readily available. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Smoking is not allowed, with a minimum smoking fee of $250, though the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. Please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. There are exterior cameras at the property for security purposes only. Please do not tamper with them. The outdoor pool should be used at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty, and children under 16 should be supervised at all times. No glass or food is allowed around the pool area, and pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool with a $500 fine if this rule is violated. The HVAC rules specify not setting the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) and adjusting the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour while keeping doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season in September. We take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.
