"1. Energy Conservation
- Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and space heaters when leaving the property."
"2. Ventilation Fans
- Ensure bathroom exhaust fans and oven range hoods are turned off overnight and when the unit is unoccupied."
"3. Fire Safety:
- The use of lit candles and open flames in the fireplace is strictly prohibited.
4. Parking:
- Street parking is permitted only **directly in front of the property**. Please be considerate of neighbors and avoid blocking driveways or mailboxes."
"5. Pet Waste:
- All dog waste must be picked up immediately, placed in a sealed dog waste bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bin."
"6. Septic System Care
- This property utilizes a septic system. Only septic-safe toilet paper and human waste may be flushed or poured down drains. Tenants will be held financially responsible for any plumbing damage resulting from improper disposal of items (e.g., wipes, sanitary products, grease)."

- Trash collection occurs every Tuesday.

- Quiet Hours: In accordance with Riverside County Ordinance No. 847, tenants and their guests are required to observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. During these times, any noise that is disturbing, annoying, or offensive, and clearly audible at adistance of 50 feet from the property, is prohibited." General Conduct: Please be mindful of noise levels and foul or offensive language at all times to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors and other residents.
9. Guest Policy:
Tenants are permitted to host one (1) guest for up to three (3) consecutive days. For extended visits, prior written approval from management is required.
