This is the biggest house in all of the Melrose Cottage neighborhood, boasting ample space to accommodate up to 20 guests. The stunning property is perfect for those seeking a serene oasis with uninterrupted ocean views. Each bedroom is elegantly designed and furnished with plush bedding, ensuring a comfortable and rejuvenating night's sleep. The house features direct oceanfront private beach access, 6 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms are in the main house, each with two king-size beds and private baths. Two detached mother-in-law suites come with their own private baths. Enjoy over 3400 square feet of space, a coffee bar, flat-screen TVs, and high-speed internet and cable TV, making it perfect for families and groups. Golf cart rentals are available and recommended. The golf cart(s) will be waiting at the house for you upon your arrival. Well-behaved canine family members are welcome but must be adult dogs, housetrained, must stay off of furniture, not be incessant barkers, and must be friendly towards humans and other dogs. Upon departure, the vacation home should look as though no pet had been in it, including the removal of pet hair. There is a pet fee of $250 for one dog and $450 for two dogs. 152 Avenue of the Oaks is located in the beautiful and peaceful neighborhood of Melrose on Daufuskie Island, SC.
