As a guest, you'll have complimentary access to world-class resort amenities, including a resort-style pool with water slide and cabanas, lazy river and tiki bar, modern fitness center, movie theater and arcade, volleyball courts, playground, game room, 18-hole golf course, driving range and putting green, tennis courts and elegant clubhouse, and a golf clubhouse with pro shop. Pool heat and/or hot tub are available for $35 per day of usage, and must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in. Located in the heart of ChampionsGate, Florida, this gated resort community blends leisure, luxury, and convenience. This home is conveniently located near excellent dining, shopping, and entertainment, and is just 20 minutes from Disney, 28 minutes to Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. With quick access to I-4 and Highway 27, getting to nearby destinations and exploring all that Central Florida has to offer is simple and stress-free. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage, plus space for one additional vehicle on the street directly in front of the home. If you need additional parking, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. A pet fee is applied for bringing a house-trained dog, and is subject to up to $150 security deposit. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300.
