Trash, water, and sewer included. You only need to pay for electricity and wifi. Due to county regulations, 2 person limit, and no young children are allowed to live in an ADU. Owners live on the property. No smoking, drug use, or illegal activity is permitted. 1 dog might be considered based on approval, pet fee and deposit. Background check, credit check, and previous landlord references are required. The non-refundable application fee is $25 per person. First month's Rent and security deposit required to reserve space. Step 1: Please fill out an initial interest form that requests some basic information. Step 2: Phone interview with select applicants. Step 3: Schedule a tour with select applicants. Step 4: Submit a formal rental application, two recent pay stubs,and submit a $25 non-refundable application fee (per adult) for us to run a credit check. Step 5: Calls to references to confirm employment and previous landlords. Step 6: Upon approval, submit of security deposit and first month's rent.
