There is an application fee per each adult over 18 years old that will be residing in the home. Application includes background and credit check. You must have income of approximately 3 times the amount of the rent. We will ask for a minimal of one month of paystubs to verify income as part of application process. To move in you will be required to pay first month rent plus security deposit of $1,800.
