Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. There is a beautiful front porch with outdoor furniture near the entrance door. Inside, you will be welcomed by a nice size living room. The dining area and kitchen are accessible through the right doorway, with a nearby door leading to the back patio. From the main entrance, a hallway on the left side leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside, you will find a carport, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill for your use. This house is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to major highways, interstates, great restaurants, and shopping centers. It is a couple of minutes away from Valley Healthcare System and Walmart, and in close proximity to Ft. Moore, 5 miles from Whitewater Rafting and Coca Cola Space Center. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged. Parties are prohibited at the home, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
