    What's special

I'm looking to sublet my beautiful well-lit 2-bedroom condo while I am outside the country. The available dates are January 15 until September 15, 2026. The start date is flexible, and the ending date is a bit flexible too. We can talk about the dates when we speak Located in the highly sought-after East Side of Providence Wayland Square neighborhood, the building and the neighborhood are quiet, a short walk to parks, coffee shops, yoga, restaurants, walking trails, Brown University, RISD, and everything the East Side has to offer. Definitely one of the most desirable parts of the East Side. This is a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood with everything you could want in walking distance. It's easy to get errands done on foot, and to get to local hospitals, downtown, the beach, etc. The balcony is gorgeous. Everyone who has ever visited or stayed here has loved it. This is a sublease while I am away and out of the country. The dates are January 15-September 15, and they are somewhat flexible. We can talk about the dates. The places comes furnished. I'll ask you to water just a few lovely plants. No smoking or pets.
