This spacious home features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living area, a free washer/dryer, a private pool with the option to add heat (additional charges apply), a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious indoor dining area, and outdoor patio furniture. The living area offers a spacious family room equipped with a flat screen TV and couches that will accommodate the whole family. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure filled day in Orlando. Enjoy free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse! If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please request it in writing a week prior to check-in, as it requires up to 24 hours to heat. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Up to two cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules; the host is not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in Florida. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando's theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. A fee of up to $300 may incur if you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 am. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
