    This ground floor, bi-level condo is located in walking distance to the boardwalk, downtown, and Wharf. It has recently been significantly upgraded and offers hardwood floors on the downstairs area and newer carpet on the upstairs level. There is a good-sized bedroom located upstairs with an adjoining bathroom. The unit has a washer/dryer in the unit and tons of storage: the bathroom has a large closet, there is a linen closet in the hallway as well as additional storage above the side-by-side W/D, which are located in a hallway closet and there is storage space on the patio as well as off the garage parking spot. The kitchen has newer, all electric appliances and a large pantry. There is heating with individual baseboard heaters throughout and a gas fireplace in the living room. This home has a lovely patio, which oversees the pool. Sorry, but no pets. We can accommodate a one year or two year lease. The unit is located in an enclosed, secure community, which has a pool. There is one assigned garage parking spot (which has more room for storage) and there is tons of additional parking on site as well. The community is quiet and well taken care of.
