The kitchen includes everything you'll need move-in ready, with cookware, dinnerware, appliances, wine glasses and more. The home also offers a sunny patio with grill and outdoor furniture. It has plenty of storage with an unfinished attic of ~600 square feet (can be used as an additional living space, if desired) and 800 square feet of crawl space. Parking is uncovered, off-street with an electric outlet for EV charging. With the owner living onsite, the property is impeccably maintained with no deferred maintenance. You will love living here! Owner pays for water, hi-speed Internet and trash removal. Tenant is responsible for 1/3 of the utility costs for the property. The utilities are connected to the main house (unit A). The main house has roughly double the square footage, thus each month the bill will be shared with the landlord at 2/3 and 1/3. No smoking allowed inside the home. Pets are welcome!
