The home is located directly on Tunnel Vision trail and Lake Windsor, but is also in close proximity to other area attractions in Bella Vista and Bentonville, including 6 miles to Coler Mountain Biking Preserve, 8 miles to the Historic Downtown Bentonville Square, 10 miles to Crystal Bridges Museum, 2 miles to Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, 1 mile to Tanyard Creek Hiking Trail, and 3 miles to Blowing Springs Trailhead. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and no parties or events are allowed.
