Owner shares home up to one week per month with notice. Optional guest room and garage. Dog-friendly with approval. Military and Fed worker discounts. This is a shared home with owner onsite 1-6 days per month. Minimum stay 30 days. Lease Agreement for term and proof of renters insurance required. 2 guests maximum, but you may invite your friends and family (up to 4 overnight visitors) to stay one weekend a month in second guest room. Max number of dogs with approval: 2. No other pets allowed. Owner is occasionally present 1-6 nights per month and will always give you advance notice when I am coming. I prioritize your comfort and privacy. When we are both there, you will have priority access to the kitchen, living room, and waterfront deck, and I will have priority access to the loft and laundry. Guests: You may invite your friends and family (up to 4 overnight visitors) to stay one weekend a month in the second guest room. Visitor timing must be prearranged with owner so our timing does not overlap. Renters and Guests must agree to follow very reasonable Townhome CC&Rs which are printed in house book, and can be provided electronically prior to stay. Discounts: Active duty military and Federal employees (active, laid off or retired 2025 or later) receive $630 discount (1 week fee) for every 60 days booked.
