The home has two active security cameras installed, one at the front door and one on the north side of the home. No private areas can be seen. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a fee of $50 per hour. Guests are required to follow the house rules during their stay or risk being removed from the property.
