The front bedroom has a skylight and the back bedroom has access to the upstairs back porch. The middle bedroom can work as an office/nursery or can have a closet installed to be made into a true bedroom. The hallway bathroom has a tub with a detachable shower head. The house has radiant heat, Brand New Central A/C and a gas hot water heater. The mud room is located at the back door with a new washer and dryer and half bath. Open for monthly and 1/2 year lease too. This house only has one unit. Dogs allowed with $400 non-refundable pet deposit. No cats. Lawn/trees will be maintained by owner.
