Built in closet and kitchen cupboards are ample. An additional lockable storage area is in the garage. There is a shared washer and dryer on ground level. Since this is a one room studio, it is best for a twin or double size bed; a king size bed will not fit. Owner does not live on site. Close to Bielfeldt Park, Poplar Lane Park (Riverfront), and Forest Park Nature Center. No pets. No smoking. Owner pays for water, sanitary fee, garbage, and gas usage. Renters pay for their electric usage. Renters take care of fall leaf and snow removal.
