Located at the top left corner of the building (closest to TEOTE House Cafe) It has a fabulously large porch with a private feel. With over 1250 square feet of space you will have plenty of room to make yourself at home. The main living areas feature hardwood floors throughout, and classic touches like nice moldings around the windows and doors. The generous sized windows in the living room gives ample light, and the electric fireplace insert give a cozy feel. The kitchen is well laid out, and features stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove), new modern gray cabinets, and granite counters. Each bedroom has it's own air conditioning unit to keep you cool in the summer. The common areas include a shared washer and dryer, private storage lockers, and a court yard that lets you feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Off street parking is provided at no additional cost. Water, sewer, and garbage are provided. Residents are responsible for electricity, gas, and internet. We are a cat friendly property, and allow up to two cats with is an additional $250 deposit per cat. Our supreme location is in Hosford-Abernethy which is smack dab in the middle of SE PDX between Buckman and Ladd's Addition. Cars are optional in this neighborhood, and it is easily accessible to Trimet. Within a half mile you have access to 5 buses, the street car, and the Orange Line Max. It's only a block or two up to Hawthorne: Cartopia, Lardo, and Riyadh's Lebanese Restaurant. For nights when you want to eat in, you can shop at Market of Choice, New Seasons, Buckman Farmer's Market, or Flying Fish. Det
