The first floor offers a cozy living space, flowing into the eat-in gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and gas range. The kitchen boasts custom cabinetry, soapstone countertops, and exposed brick backsplash. The laundry provides a full size washer and dryer, open shelving and storage. Upstairs, you will find the primary bedroom with a queen bed, and the second with a loveseat that pulls out into a twin bed. Through beautifully restored French doors, the bathroom features the original clawfoot tub as a fully functional shower. 30 day minimum rental, up to one year Amenities included in rent: WiFi Smart TVs Utilities (water/gas/electric) - will be charged extra if over average One off street parking space Tankless water heater Furnished - including towels/linens, iron/ironing board, Keurig, toaster, pots/pans, dinnerware/utensils Starter pack - toilet paper, hand soap, dish and laundry detergent Non refundable $50 application fee $200 cleaning fee Unfortunately no pets allowed No smoking in or on property No parties or large gatherings; please be respectful of the other units on the property Credit and background check required Refundable security deposit (100% of first month's rent for stays longer than 1 month, and 50% for stays of 1 month) will be charged at lease signing, and will be refunded after the guests stay, after any damages are deducted. City of Charleston's quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. If violated the city can impose fines, amounts vary but can be more than $1,000, and that will be the guest's responsibility to pay if they receive a fine.
