1. Tenant will be responsible for any damages caused by the animal(s), including but not limited to cleaning, repairs, pest control, or replacement of damaged property.
2. Tenant shall pay an additional fee of $50 per violation or $50 per day until the animal is permanently removed.
3. Landlord reserves the right to treat the violation as a breach of the lease, which may result in termination of tenancy and/or eviction in accordance with applicable law.
