The cleaning fee is also negotiable and is based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. There is ample free parking available in the large driveway, and street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m. Please note that no more than four cars are allowed at the property. Lawn maintenance is taken care of during the spring, summer, and fall.
