This spacious home features 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 large living areas. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer, a private pool, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are also spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas and outdoor pool loungers. The garage has been converted into a game room. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please provide at least a week's notice. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside community, this home is an ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions. The property is just a couple minutes' walk from the clubhouse and a short drive from ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Disney World is just ten miles away, along with Animal Kingdom and Orlando's world-famous attractions. Disney World is 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld is 30 minutes away, and Universal Studios is 35 minutes away. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. The property is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs), and a pet fee is required. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. Please keep the temperature at or above 70F. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. This home can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. If the temperature is set lower than 70F, a fine of up to $500 may be incurred.
