They include ample closet space and large windows which allow even more natural light to pour in. The bathroom is in the hallway and easily accessible from both bedrooms. It includes stone tile flooring, a spacious vanity with medicine cabinet, and full-sized bathtub/shower with sliding glass doors! The unit also has sole access to the onsite washer/dryer! There is a $40.00 water usage fee due in addition to rent each month. Tenants are also responsible for electric, gas, and cable/internet in addition to rent each month. Maximum of one cat permitted with $500.00 deposit! No dogs permitted.
