Combined Gross Income must meet or exceed 3x the rent (before taxes). ALL adult occupants (18+) and/or co-signers MUST apply separately and MUST be on the lease regardless of financial responsibility. We do not accept applications with evictions, past due rent, or collections on essential accounts (auto loans, utilities, phone bills). Must have Credit and Credit Must be in Good Standing. Minimum Credit Score 660+.
