    Furnished Basement- Currently an Airbnb which I am trying to find a tenant for long term rental. The Blind Pig is a fun place located in the basement of DEN- COw another one of our Airbnb spaces. The place has been recently renovated to resemble a speakeasy from the prohition era. The place is also conveniently located with easy access to the following attractions; - Broncos Stadium (5 minutes) - Red Rocks (15 minutes) - Meow-Wolf (5 minutes) - Bars on Market (15 minutes) - RiNo (15 Minutes) - Breckenridge (1.5 Hours) - Great food (all around) - Bike trails (10 minutes) A Speakeasy vibe, with fun and elegant decor inspired by the prohibition era. You'll find art, decor and plenty of gold and black through out the space, Kitchen: A dining space for 6 people. fully stocked kitchen with appliances, coffee machine, toaster, cocktail shaker set, dishware, cook ware, glassware, refrigerator, Britta water filter, microwave, and oven! First and Second Bedroom: Queen beds and plenty of pillows and blankets to create a cozy space. 50 inch smart TV's (one of the rooms) and closets to store belongings. Living Room: A day bed perfect for a hangout spot, movie night or extra sleeping are. The day bed extends and has two mattresses to create a king bed. Bathroom: Stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels, washcloths, and hair dryer. Backyard: A covered patio space with seating, a grill, a separate lawn area for lawn games, and direct access from the kitchen sliding door. Please be aware that the upstairs unit is also an Airbnb Space "DEN COw". That unit uses a separate entrance through the front does not interfere with your entrance. Due to the house having two Airbnb Spaces, the driveway and backyard will be shared spaces- please use the left hand space to park. Any additional vehicles can be parked in the street. Security: There is a ring camera at front of the house next to the main door that monitors driveway, main entrance and gate on the south side of the house. This camera is activated by motion and can be accessed remotely. The camera will be recording. There are NO indoor cameras. Please reach out if there are any concerns.
