At least one guest must be 25 years or older, and proof of age will be required at check-in. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. Some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding, so drive cautiously and give yourself a little extra time. Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late check-outs will result in additional charges. This is a non-smoking cabin, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. No firearms, fireworks, or ATVs are allowed. You are likely to encounter wildlife such as deer, bears, raccoons, snakes, and bugs of various types. Admire these creatures from a safe distance and do not feed the wildlife.
