Glenbrook Resort is a family-friendly quiet community with amenities, including a pool, fitness center, beach volleyball, and game room. The clubhouse has a TV room, computer room, games room, fitness center, and changing rooms. The swimming pool is step entry with a fun splash zone for little ones and an end that gently slopes for adult swimming. Surrounding the pool, there are umbrella-covered tables and chairs, a ping pong table, and a pool table. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Located in an ideal location on US Highway 27, near the junction with Highway 192, this home is around 10 to 15 minutes drive to the Walt Disney World Maingate area. Within a short driving distance of Glenbrook, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops, including Chili's Bar & Grille, Olive Garden Italian, Applebee's American restaurant, and IHOP. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
