    Welcome to your ideal home away from home in a duplex setting, perfect for larger groups. This centrally located and stylishly decorated duplex offers ample space and privacy for everyone. Nestled in the charming neighborhood of Kamm's Corners, you can easily walk to local parks, shops, restaurants, and bars. The downtown area is just a quick 15-minute drive away, the airport only 10 minutes, and the Cleveland Clinic main campus is 20 miles away. Spacious rooms and all the necessary amenities make this house a home away from home. The house is over 100 years old and although it has been updated, it still has some of its original quirks. This rental includes the entire duplex, making it perfect for larger groups who would enjoy some privacy but are still all under one roof. Three bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second floor and the laundry is located in the basement. There is one bedroom and one half bathroom on the first floor. There is a futon in the office if you need additional sleeping space. This area is a bit odd, as it is located off of the bathroom, but there is a door separating the rooms, so you can use it if needed. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave and on the street. We warmly welcome your furry family members with a pet-friendly policy allowing a maximum of two pets. Undisclosed pets will result in a fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. No cats allowed to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors. Nestled in the charming neighborhood of Kamm's Corners, you can easily walk to local parks, shops, restaurants, and bars. The basement may have a slight "wet" smell during rainy periods, managed by two dehumidifiers. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but smoking areas are available outside. There is a strict no-party and no-event policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. Decibel readers track noise levels outside, and quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Undisclosed pets will result in a fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but just send the receipt for reimbursement. If it's a charcoal grill, bring your own charcoal. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
