By the window, a pub table with two bar stools offers the perfect perch to sip your morning coffee while soaking in the canyon views. Under the sloped ceiling, you'll find a two leather chairs for extra seating.
The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped with a refrigerator, bar sink faucet, and perfectly-sized microwave. With the microwave, crock-pot, and outdoor Weber grill, you'll have everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals. There's also electric kettle/juicer/first aid kit/fire extinguisher for the kitchenette.
For storage, a roomy armoire accommodates 10 20 hanging items - from shirts and dresses to suits. At the center of it all is a comfortable foam mattress, paired with a modern platform bed frame that keeps your backyard views unobstructed.
New rolling shades provide both privacy and natural light control, while a contemporary lamp in the corner adds a relaxed, modern touch.
The bathroom has been fully renovated, featuring a brand-new sink, toilet, and shower. For the flooring, you'll find durable, stylish life-proof laminate flooring - built to withstand daily use while always looking fresh.
You'll have full access to your private backyard, where you can enjoy dinner, a drink, or a good book while taking in the views. The outdoor dining table with four chairs is perfect for meals al fresco or simply relaxing in the fresh canyon air. Weber gas grill available.
You'll also have access to your own private parking space (one car maximum) conveniently located on the property, along with a private entrance to your guesthouse for complete privacy during your stay.
Our neighborhood, Sleepy Hollow, is a hidden gem - peaceful, scenic, and full of charm. On a one-mile walk, you might see only a car or two drive up and down our streets. Very little car traffic. With no sidewalks and no streetlights, you'll instantly feel the calm and character of this special place. Every home here tells its own story, adding to the beauty of your walk.
There's no street traffic or foot traffic outside your door. Our neighbors are kind and private, so the only people you'll likely see are us in the main house. Your privacy is assured.
The canyon is surrounded by 14,000 acres of rolling grassy hills, oak and sycamore trees, and abundant wildlife. At night, complete darkness brings incredible stargazing with no light pollution - though we recommend bringing a flashlight or using your phone if you plan to walk after sunset.
Keep an eye out for local wildlife, too. You may spot eagles, hawks, or some of the more than 200 bird species and animals that call the canyon home.

We will do a credit check and check references/rental history. This is a perfect place for 1-2 people. Sorry, no pets. Professionally cleaned and sanitized. Available October 2025. Move-in date is negotiable. We are not in a rush to rent; we will take our time to find the right person or couple.
