This freshly renovated space has everything you need to enjoy your time in the Oldest City. The home includes two queen bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and two full bathrooms on the lower level. Upstairs, there is a private open bedroom and a half bathroom. The living room features a flatscreen TV with Netflix and local cable channels, and a spacious sofa with a queen pullout sleeper accommodates two additional guests. The huge back patio with a lounge area, outdoor table, and electric grill makes this the perfect home for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The home offers two designated off-street parking spots. If you're bringing more than two vehicles, there is free street parking in front of the property and along the entire street (Old Mission Ave). St. Augustine, the nation's most historic city, is also one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for everyone just a few minutes from the home. Located in the heart of Uptown St Augustine, the home is a short walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, and local eateries. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not permitted without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and violations will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Parents with younger children should note that the home is not child-proofed and use the home at their own risk.
