Also included is a platinum-level membership to both Asheville Racquet Club south and downtown locations with 46 combined indoor/outdoor tennis courts, fitness center, group fitness classes, childcare, and indoor/outdoor pools.

- $2600 security deposit, due at signing of lease. Refunded at end of rental term subject to condition and cleanliness of rental unit and contents.
- $300 end-of-lease cleaning & move-out inspection fee, due at signing of lease. Non-refundable.
- Zillow background and credit check required for all persons over the age of 18 signing the lease.
6-to-11-month term: $200 off monthly rent and the security deposit.
12 months+ term: Take $300 off monthly rent and the security deposit.
