Fully outfitted bathroom, including tub for relaxing and unwinding. Spa like amenities in the bathroom Full make up station c/w vanity lights, mirror and stool for comfort as you prepare for your night on the town! Fully equipped Kitchen with all cookware, bakeware and utensils so you can create full meals during your stay. Well equipped coffee station with multiple dispensing systems (single cup or pot) Bean grinder and French press in suite. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire basement unit via their own private entryway on the side of the home. Guests have 100% unimpeded access to the unit, including 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, designer kitchen, bathroom, living room (with Sofa Bed), and side entrance seating area. Please note: We kindly ask that Guests only use the driveway for unloading luggage initially. Once luggage is unloaded, simply park across the street in front of the playground. Upper Suite has 2 vehicles and must have access to the Garage via the driveway at all times. Suite is a basement suite however was curated and designed to be quite sound proof from the family living above with ample in floor insulation, and full system separation (your own heating systems) . You may encounter the upper suite guests in passing (only outside) as they share the garbage and recycling stations.
