The third has a queen size bed. This seasonal space is perfect for a family of four/five or professionals looking for their winter escape. A loved space for Gould Academy parents as well. Owner of this property is responsible for ALL utilities including wifi, cable and snow plowing. Tennant agrees to leave thermostat on 50 when house is vacant to insure against frozen pipes. No smoking inside. No painting or construction to be done. Reasonable care is required in the use of the sinks and toilet. ( Avoid grease in sink and flushing foreign objects) Tennants will communicate any concerns or requests to the owner.
