No smoking inside. No painting or construction to be done. Reasonable care is required in the use of the sinks and toilet. ( Avoid grease in sink and flushing foreign objects) Tennants will communicate any concerns or requests to the owner. Tenancy will be from November 25, 2025 through April 2026.
