There's additional storage space under the stairs that is great for suitcases. You have access to the basement to store items that aren't affected by moisture. It's an unfinished basement. There are pallets available to keep the items off the ground. The location is great and the North End offers a lot of different opportunities to walk around. Less than a mile from Livingston Park and the trails there. The outside space is fantastic, with patio furniture and tables available to work outside or just socialize. We love gardening, so there's a large raised garden bed and several small ones that are about to yield a bounty of tomatoes (following the cucumbers, eggplant, carrots, radishes and more). It's a quiet community and we strive to keep it that way. It's a requirement that the dogs are introduced prior to lease signing to make sure they fit with the group or access to the yard with the dog will need to be restricted for safety. You'll love living here. It's a great space in a great location. If you need a larger second bedroom, a property in the main house is also becoming available. This unit is available now. There is shared (free) laundry in the main house, just outside your door essentially.
