EASE OF ACCESS: Big Sky Homes are on the 66th St Bus Lines with stops very close to your front door. By car, you're close to freeways, plus there's a corner store that is literally right there next to the duplexes. 3 churches within a few blocks, plus plenty of shopping and restaurants located nearby. If you're a sports fan, Lowery Field is within walking distance, plus OW Ribble Park is just 3 blocks away.
NEW OWNERS: Finally, the new owners have over half a century of experience with property ownership and know how to treat their residents right. They have nice homes and a maintenance crew as well as using an online property management system. This means that issues are few and far between, but when they do happen, they are instantly documented and sent off to the correct people to solve the problems and/or get repairs done quickly. You will be able to use your online tenant portal to submit service requests, check your billing and payment history, communicate with the management team, as well as pay your rent instantly, seeing that anything you pay has been accepted and deposited. If your combined income is less than $2100, your application cannot be approved. We do follow all fair housing guidelines, as well as local, county, State and Federal housing laws.
