Livingroom has newer Pella sliding door w/2 locks & Pella bedroom window. Bathroom features new toilet, newer vanity, sink top, faucet, mirror and lighting above mirror. Spacious bedroom w/walk-in closet. New bedroom laminate wood flooring and ceiling fan/light just installed. Detached garage space w/lock storage closet in shared garage plus addt'l parking. Tenant pays for all electric use including electric forced air furnace, AC and stove. Owner pays HOA fee includes water, sewer. garbage, landscaping, snow removal & grounds and common area maintenance. No pets. No smoking or vaping of any substances inside unit or in common areas. Tenant must abide by HOA rules, available for review before showing. Lease has additional terms available for review. One or 2 people occupancy for a one bedroom unit. Owner requires text photo of driver's license or some official acceptable photo ID to be sent prior to showing unit, also required for anyone over 18 who will be looking at the unit. No exceptions. If interested after showing, owner requires credit & background check for anyone over 18 who would be living in the unit, through the Zillow site online paid for by any adult applying to live in the unit. 1 year lease with renewal option starting after the 6th month of the lease in order to change the ending of the lease to be June -September as to not have to make a lease end in December - March. Example, you sign lease 12/28/25 for one year. In June we reset the lease to be in affect 06/01/26-05/31/2027, if agreeable to all parties. Dates can be flexible, so could be from 06/06/26-03/31/27. Just to get move out dates out of the winter months. Rent amount and all other terms remain the same as in original lease.
