The property had a handful of attractive features including big open spaces and and a cozy rooftop balcony as pictured in the listing. Surfaces and flooring throughout the property showed signs of excessive wear, particularly in carpeted areas that were often stained. While this property has a fun and unique layout on the ground floor, the space limitations of the second floor were ultimately what steered me away from this property. It is worth noting that the current renters were still at the property and that their belongings made it difficult to tour the entire property.
