The incredible backyard is gigantic with a grass lawn, providing a comfortable area for pets and kids to explore safely. The light chirping of birds adds a sense of serenity that can't be beat. The home is equipped with all the essentials, including a washer and dryer, private access to the entire home, and a two-car parking garage. Enjoy top-of-the-line Tempur-Pedic mattresses with white hotel-grade linens in all rooms, including the bunk beds, ensuring every member of your group has the most comfortable quality of sleep. In the main level living area, you can kick back and enjoy a 65" Roku Smart TV, equipped with all your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video. We offer a pet-friendly environment with an additional pet fee to help protect against natural wear and tear. If your furry friends are accompanying you, we allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. This beautiful home is tucked away in a private, family-friendly neighborhood, just minutes from the freeway, offering easy access to nearby attractions and destinations. This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises of the property. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. We have a coded door lock, so no interaction with the host is necessary. Come and go as you please, and we are available via the platform's message system or text at any time.
