Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required.

Situated in Central Florida just off of I-4 and Highway 27, the city offers easy access to nearby entertainment, activities, dining, both Gulf Coast and Atlantic Shore beaches, and much more.
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Supplies are not refilled during your stay, but initial provisions are provided. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Pool heat and hot tub must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in, with additional fees for late requests. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property. The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old and must be one of the guests staying. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, and guests must follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Trash should be disposed of properly upon departure, and damages must be reported immediately. Violations of any rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
