This building also offers a designated workspace, perfect for remote work or planning your next adventure. The Guest Suite, located just across a private patio, provides additional privacy and comfort, featuring a queen bedroom, a peaceful sitting area, an ensuite bathroom, a laundry room for your convenience, and a second workspace ideal for those who need a quiet, productive area. Teton Valley is perfectly situated for those looking to explore both Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park in the summer months. From one central location, you can easily access these iconic parks, each offering awe-inspiring landscapes, abundant wildlife, and endless hiking opportunities. Whether you're planning to take in the towering peaks of the Grand Tetons or the geothermal wonders of Yellowstone, Teton Valley provides a peaceful, uncrowded home base just a short drive from both. During the summer months, Teton Valley offers even more. Explore scenic hiking trails leading to waterfalls and alpine lakes, or head out for an unforgettable day on the Teton River. Try your hand at stand-up paddleboarding or canoeing through the calm waters as you take in the beautiful views and the wildlife that calls the valley home. Teton Valley's location makes it a perfect base, offering easy access to both Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee resorts while letting you enjoy a quieter, more relaxing setting away from the crowds. Treat the cabin as if it were your own and be respectful of the rules, neighbors, and local community at the base of the Tetons. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No events, parties, large gatherings, weddings, smoking, or vaping are allowed in the home or on the decks. An additional charge will be applied if any smoking evidence is found on the property. Turn all exterior lights off at night to enjoy the dark skies. Drive slowly in the neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Do not burn candles or incense in the home and no fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
