This apartment is new, on the first floor (walk out basement) of our home with it's own entrance (sidewalk to the back yard and through the sliding door). There are a lot of windows and light with great views of the back patio and yard to open space and a lake behind the house. It has an open floor plan with a large living area, dining room and kitchen. The designer kitchen comes fully equipped with a large sink, dishwasher, gas cook top, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, and a large pantry. Off the main living space there is one bathroom with a shower. There is a spacious office with large glass french doors that provide great views of the backyard. There are 2 large bedrooms, each having a walk-in closet, and a jack and jill bath between them with 2 sinks and tub/shower combo. Tons of storage space and a full washer and dryer are also included. The backyard will technically be shared, but you will usually have it to yourself. It includes a large cement patio, gas fire pit and patio furniture. There is a hot tub that will be shared.
