Place was in good condition.
Management
The entire thing was super sketchy. He just said his name was Allan, that's it. No business cards, no office, no name of the owner, nothing official at all. His email address was a random string of letters and he expected people to send him all their sensitive information to apply. I backed out immediately and am not sure if he is doing this legally.
