    This 2 bedroom/1 bath duplex home is located on a privately owned two-acre, tree-lined property. It has great access to shopping, restaurants, and Highway 152. It is within walking distance to several schools. The duplex is located at the farthest end of the property with no through traffic. It is very quiet. it is safe for children to ride bikes, skate, and play without worry about them being exposed to strangers or traffic. The home has new vinyl/tile flooring, hardwood kitchen cabinets and a tile countertop, freshly touched up paint, a charming little breakfast nook, an inside laundry area off of the kitchen with washer/dryer hook-ups. No more wasting time at the Laundromat! The home has a maximum occupancy of four persons. A 6 month lease is required to occupy, then the lease will be on a month-to-month agreement. No Pets. Pictures will be added soon. Owner does not live on site. A six-month lease is required to lease, then a month-to-month rental agreement applies. Owner will provides lawn maintenance, water and sewer costs, gas costs, and pest control as part of the base rent. Tenant is responsible for watering and keeping green the landscaping around the rental unit. Hoses and sprinklers will be provided. Smoking is not permitted in the rental unit. However, smoking outside is permissible. Removal of any debris from smoking is Tenant's responsibility. The rental unit is equipped with a Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Detector and fresh batteries upon occupancy. It is the Tenant's responsibility to replace the batteries each year or as needed. There is no covered parking available for this unit. Parking in the driveway directly in front of rental unit is permitted. Any additional cars can be parking in the open area directly across from the front of the unit. Renter's Insurance is highly recommended. This rental unit has a maximum occupancy of four persons. The Utilities (Electricity, Cable TV, Internet, Phone) and Garbage Services are the responsibility of the Tenant. The watering and keeping green of the landscaped area surrounding the Rental Unit is the responsibility of the Tenant. Hoses and sprinklers are provided by the Owner. The Owner is responsible for Water/Sewer Services, Gas Services, Lawn Maintenance and Pest Control Services as part of the base rent. No pets are allowed.
