The property was way below my standard. I question weather it’s up to building code standards. The owner was great but the property, is not really a duplex, it’s a 3 mini add on to the original home, kinda chop blocked. The isnside kitchen is the only thing that was normal, the layout of the bathrooms & 1 closet in the hallway & a sliding glass door in each bedroom that’s very tiny & why in the hallway there’s 2 side by side bathrooms & the flooring isn’t even level. No thank you. I can not recommend.
