Bright, cheerful, and beautifully decorated, this home sleeps five comfortably and features a spacious, fully stocked kitchen, cozy living area, full laundry, a screened porch and an open deck where you can relax. The large fenced yard makes it ideal for guests traveling with dogs, and the property's private pier lets you fish, watch sunsets, or simply soak in the quiet beauty of the bay. Snowbirds are welcome to this cottage, perfect for winter guests who want a cozy, pet-friendly escape with all the essentials. Golfers and anglers will love the nearby courses and fishing spots. On-site parking is available for a maximum of three vehicles. Dogs are permitted, up to 2 dogs of any size, with a pet fee of $125+tax per pet. Whether you're enjoying the nearby beaches, exploring the local shops and restaurants, or unwinding under the oak trees, you'll find peace and comfort at every turn. Local attractions include Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Fort Morgan Historic Site, Gulf State Park, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Track Family Fun Park, Waterville USA, Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, The Wharf at Orange Beach, and Dauphin Island Ferry. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Any violation of the no-smoking policy in the unit/house as well as the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Violators of the no-parties or events policy will be charged a $500 fine. Rottweilers and Pit Bulls are not allowed. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided.
