The fully equipped kitchen includes a new water heater located in the downstairs half bath closet, a fridge that's just a year old, a gas oven and cooktop, and an air fryer/toaster oven. Relax in the living area with a 78" TV and Sonos surround sound and enjoy cozy evenings by the two-sided gas fireplace. Up to 2 pets are welcome with a pet fee. This home is perfectly situated to experience the best of the Teton Valley during the winter. It is just a short drive from Grand Targhee Resort, offering easy access to world-class skiing and snowboarding. Discover the winter charm of nearby towns like Victor and Driggs and enjoy local restaurants, bars, and unique shops, all within a short distance from this home. The neighborhood is Aspen Point. Quiet Hours are from 9 pm to 8 am and guests should be respectful to the neighbors. No events are allowed, including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the home or on the decks, and if any butts are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, the booking may be terminated immediately. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine will be applied for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
