I am looking for someone who wants to live in a quiet building. I have a 2 bedroom, one bath unit for rent. The building is on a residential street, not in a big complex. The unit is on the 2nd floor, has tons of closet space and central heating/air conditioning (so no noisy window AC units). Walking distance to the train which is a plus for those working and commuting to downtown Chicago. Previous renters have stayed 2-7 years! If this is the type of place you are looking for, contact me. Rent is $1600 a month which includes heat, water and garbage. Your only utility bill will be electric (for lights, TV, etc) I am currently updating the unit and replacing the tile in the bathroom.
