Property
In good condition, just bummed there is no AC but I think that is typical of apartments near the coast, plus it still had a cross breeze. Smelled like new paint and clean, water sitting in toilets looked yucky but probably from standing a while. Laundry room was the part in worst condition but it is shared, no biggie.
Management
Answered my questions promptly especially for email, it was nice to be able to get a viewing the same 24 hours of contact. They let me take a video to tour the unit for my spouse, no awkwardness at all. They weren’t sure which utilities were covered in rent, said none at the start of the viewing and then some at the end. Haven’t crossed the property off my list yet, no harm done, and would confirm before further consideration.
